Functions
The Borough Clerk's Office is responsible for administering all Borough elections. The regular Borough election is held on the first Tuesday in October of each year to elect members to the Borough Assembly, School Board, and Service Area Boards.
Voter registration is administered by the
State Division of Elections. In order to be a qualified voter of the Borough you must be registered to vote in a state election not less than 30 days prior to the election. A voter must also re-register if the individual has changed residence to another precinct or jurisdiction.
October 1, 2012 Regular Election
The Regular Election will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 2013. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Absentee by-Mail Application
The Borough Clerk's Office is now accepting
Absentee by-Mail applications for the October 1, 2013 Regular Election. Applications must be received by
Tuesday, September 24, 2013, to receive an absentee ballot.
